How is a booking confirmed?
A 50% deposit at booking. The balance and extra services are paid on site at the end of the visit.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free of charge up to 72 hours (3 days) before the visit. For later cancellations the deposit is not refunded. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
What should I bring?
Nothing is required: robe, towel, hat, slippers and toiletries are provided free.
From what age are children welcome?
Children aged 7 to 18 — only when accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No. We have our own kitchen and bar on site. Dishes can be ordered in advance or on the spot.
