Preparation
We begin the cleansing with a ceremony of fragrant smoke. Guests are treated to a mug of our special herbal tea.
First acquaintance with steam
Fragrant steaming on fresh hay to the accompaniment of music will feel like a true rebirth. Combined with five magical herbs used in the steam room, it will help you shake off fatigue and fill you with a sense of lightness and freshness.
Individual steaming
The steam master gives the body a focused warm-up with oak, birch and fir besoms, combined with active bursts of hot steam and a rub-down.
Herbal foot massage with a view of the pond
Warm herbal infusion and a gentle foot massage.
Rocking on swings in sheepskin cloaks
Sheepskin mantles, forest sounds and gentle swaying.
Massage, soap-and-bast cleansing or scrub
Your choice: massage, bast-and-soap wash or honey scrub.
Sound therapy
Tibetan singing bowls and shamanic instruments.

Confirmed after a 50% deposit. The visit time counts from check-in at reception.
Cancellation and rescheduling
At least 72 hours ahead. Later, the deposit is not refunded. Refunds go to the same card within 14 days.
Lateness
The visit time is not extended. An extension is possible if the next session is free.
Children
From 7; under 18 with an adult.
Health
Do not visit the bath with a fever, a cold or a flare-up of a chronic illness.
Not allowed
Bringing your own food and drinks, smoking, filming other guests, preparing the steam room yourself.
