The steam master gives the body a focused warm-up with oak, birch, eucalyptus and juniper besoms, combined with active bursts of hot steam and a rub-down. Contrast treatments take place right in the steam room for complete relaxation. The final stage is a refreshing contrast: a dip in the cold pond and rest in the fresh air with a mug of hot tea.
